ACTIVITY 9: TIME AND SPACE

This is a group activity that consists of adapting a story by changing time and space. For example, the story of The Three Little Pigs must be set in Paris in the 3.0 century. A.C.  Among the elements of the narrative, time and space can be modified without affecting the plot. With this activity, in addition to encouraging creativity, students must realize that space and time are essential elements in stories and affect the plot. The presence of time and space can be reflected both in the vocabulary used or in the descriptions of people and places.
