ACTIVITY 12: HOW DO YOU FEEL TODAY?

This activity includes two preparatory exercises to carry out the final activity. First, ask students to define how they feel today with a single word, and then to think about that emotion in silence for a set time. Then tell students that they will do an automatic writing exercise, which consists of writing for two minutes your emotional status, how you feel in that moment. It also deals with the subject of emotional education, and how through reading and writing we can learn to manage our emotions and empathize with what others are feeling. These texts can be sad, happy or confused, but they are a reflection of the person and of his or her emotional condition.
